from the New York Times:
I thought this was interesting, about self knowledge and understanding- how much hard work it takes to be happy- but if you are doing what you love, that work may seem less of a burden. Part of that struggle is finding what work you love and being able to make the decision to do that work. It seems easy, but then you realize how many people are stuck in a position that they feel forced into by family, peers, and society.
Interesting that we look for explanations as to why we feel a certain way in order to feel better about having those feelings- rather than find a solution that will make room for much more happiness and positive feelings.
If we could all just find what we loved and do that day in and day out- what a wonderful world this would be.
